"CopperGarden®" still Alembic 10L ECO & thermometer

This economical version of the "CopperGarden®" alembic still consists, like most alembic stills, of three parts: the boiler with about 10 liters capacity, the swan neck attachment (head, lyne arm and swan neck), and the attached condenser with integrated cooling coil and cool water overflow pipe.

This still is the classic among stills, completely made out of hammered copper, beautifully riveted and finally sealed with lead-free tin. The whole still is uniformly hammered and riveted and would be an excellent ornamental object for every display window, laboratory, pharmacy, bar, etc.

Of course, one can distil properly with this still, too – and that is why it was forged. It makes sense to distil your own mash when using a still from this size upwards (it is said that less than 5 liters of mash do not ferment well). Hobby users usually prepare between 10 and 50 liters of mash and then want to distil it – that is possible with this still in a few stages.

Important information:

Distillation is strictly regulated or even forbidden in some countries. Please inform yourself and pay attention to the regulations in your country. We can ship worldwide, but we cannot check if you are allowed to own a still. Shipping within the EU is completely unrestricted. For shipping to countries outside the EU we have to affix the invoice and shipping list to the outside of the package. Up to now we have never had problems with the importation of our stills into other countries.
