Fruit mash should ferment slowly to ensure a full flavour. One sachet is sufficient for 8 liters and up to 25 liters of fruit mash.
Instructions for 8 liters: Pour 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) of sugar into 5 liters (1.09 UK gallons/1.32 US gallons) of hot water, keep stirring until you are sure all the sugar has completely dissolved. Top up 8 liters 1.75 UK gallons/2.1 US gallons) with cold water then stir for 30 seconds. Make sure the temperature is below 35°C (95°F) then add the sachet of yeast. Stir for 1 minute.
For maximum alcohol and best quality ferment for 10 - 14 days at between 19 - 23°C (66 - 73°F) air temperature. For maximum speed ferment for 5 days at between 24 - 27°C (75 - 80°F) air temperature.
