ARDES "Paiolo" 26 cm stirring pot with electric stirring attachment
This sturdy stirring bowl with flat base made from polished copper is traditionally used in Italy for cooking polenta. To prevent burning, the electric stirring attachment is included and takes over the work of stirring for hours during particularly delicate preparations. You can simply place the stirring pot on the stove while the powerful stirring mechanism does the work for you.
However, this pot can do far more than just prepare perfect polenta. Copper is traditionally used for making desserts and withstands very high temperatures. You can mix fine chocolates, create real caramel and fruit sweets, and prepare delicious jams. Copper improves shelf life, helps preserve colour for longer, and often allows you to avoid using gelling agents.
The slowly rotating stirring mechanism takes over the constant stirring and folding for you.
