Traditional copper still for strong flavour in fruit and grain mash
Honest craftwork and tradition. The shape of the alembic goes back at least 700 years and produces strong flavours. The alembic is the best still for alcohol distillation, especially with fruit mash. More so, rose blossoms are directly distilled in the water and many other flower petals produce the finest floral waters you have ever smelled. For the distillation of hydrosols and essential oils, the colum still with integrated sieve, however, is the more suitable choice.
