CopperGarden® AURA24 Camping Oven
The CopperGarden® AURA24 is a true oven for camping kitchens, motorhomes, vanlife, and outdoor cooking. With a diameter of 24 cm, it is ideal for small households, travelers, or campers and easily provides 2 to 4 people with freshly baked bread, casseroles, cakes, or warm breakfast rolls.
The name AURA stands for the gentle morning breeze – and that is exactly how the day begins when the aroma of freshly baked rolls rises from the camping kitchen in your motorhome or at the campsite.
Baking anywhere – on a gas stove, grill, or campfire
The Aura works anywhere heat is available. You can bake on the gas stove in your motorhome, on a camping stove, on the grill, in your oven at home, or directly over a campfire. This turns any outdoor kitchen into a fully functional baking station.
- Oven for gas stoves and camping cookers
- Baking in motorhomes, vans, or boats
- Ideal for grills and outdoor kitchens
- Can also be used over an open fire
- Perfect for bread, cakes, casseroles, fish, or gratins
More sustainable than traditional camping ovens
While many camping ovens are made of aluminum and have limited durability, the CopperGarden Aura is made from solid copper and lined inside with 100% pure, food-safe tin.
This traditional combination of copper and tin has been used in kitchens for centuries. It is safe for health, sustainable, and fully repairable. If the tin lining ever needs renewal after many years, it can easily be re-tinned.
This means: You only buy an AURA once in a lifetime.
Perfect heat distribution for better baking results
Copper is one of the best heat conductors available. Heat spreads evenly throughout the baking pot, ensuring especially uniform baking results – without hot spots or burnt areas.
This allows bread, cakes, or casseroles to turn out reliably even on a simple camping stove.
An oven for true outdoor cooking
With the Aura, you can prepare almost anything that would normally require a conventional oven:
- fresh rolls for breakfast
- bread or small loaves
- cakes and sweet desserts
- casseroles and gratins
- vegetable dishes and baked potatoes
- fish or meat dishes
Whether you simply bake leftover pasta with cheese or prepare a complete dish – the Aura turns any camping stove into a compact oven.
Handcrafted quality from CopperGarden®
The AURA is traditionally manufactured and combines functional design with durable materials. Copper, tin, and skilled craftsmanship ensure that this baking pot will accompany you for many years.
A sustainable, repairable, and high-quality alternative to conventional camping ovens.

However, you should be aware that copper offers extremely high heat conductivity. The pot becomes hot during use. Please be careful and use pot holders and trivets.

Manufacturer address: UNICOBRES GmbH & Co.KG, Hersfelder Strasse 16, 36132 Eiterfeld, Germany, E-Mail: info@unicobres.com

Why tin-lined copper? Copper offers the best thermal conductivity. With a core or coating made of aluminum or steel, this advantage is lost. The tin lining is 100% safe, as the body simply excretes tin. At the same time, the excellent thermal conductivity is preserved. In addition, tin combined with a little oil provides excellent non-stick properties. You will love it. If the tin lining becomes worn or scratched one day, it can be re-tinned at any time. This ensures that the pot remains usable for a lifetime. Quality for centuries.

What should you consider when baking with the CopperGardenu00ae Aura camping baking pot?

Thank you for your interest in our wonderful AURA baking pot. It is a very sustainably manufactured and durable product that will certainly bring you a lot of enjoyment. However, there are a few things you should know and keep in mind during use.

1.) Copper conducts heat better than almost any other material. This is one of the great advantages of copper and also leads to excellent results with the Aura baking pot. At the same time, you should be aware that the pot can become very hot. Please always use pot holders, cotton or felt cloths, silicone, cork, or wooden trivets when handling or placing the pot down.

Important to know: The heat-resistant iron handles retain heat longer than the copper and can remain very hot for quite some time after use.

2.) Copper itself is highly heat-resistant, but the pure tin of the non-stick lining can melt at temperatures above 242u00b0C. As long as the pot is filled with dough, casserole, or something reasonably moist, the temperature will usually not rise too high. The contents help regulate the temperature. However, when reheating rolls, for example, large areas of copper may be exposed and can heat up significantly more. We usually recommend heating strongly with a large flame at first and reducing the flame to the lowest setting after no more than two minutes.

Pro tip: A small bowl of hot water placed inside the baking form helps create crispy rolls and can also slightly cool the form as the water evaporates.

Important to know: Tin is completely harmless to health! Even if ingested, the body cannot absorb it and will simply excrete it. If you overheat your Aura, the tin may partially melt and mainly change in color and structure. It melts but quickly settles back onto the copper surface. The changed surface is not a disadvantage, as the excellent non-stick properties of tin remain intact. Copper and tin are very high-quality metals, and once you understand how they work together, you can achieve wonderful results in the kitchen.

3.) We always recommend ensuring that the base stand is positioned underneath the Aura. It prevents excessively high temperatures inside and at the bottom, ensures more even heat distribution, and prevents burning inside. Ideally, a gas flame should first heat at full power to create strong top heat, and then be reduced during continuous use so that the flame mainly heats the chimney in the center of the form. This creates a nicely browned surface even on the top.

Tip: Keep the lid closed, because each time you open it, you lose top heat while the bottom temperature remains high. It is best to be patient until the end of the baking time and open the lid only at the very end. After a few uses, you will develop a good sense of the temperature inside and be able to work perfectly with the Aura and bake excellent results.

If you wish, you can insert the probe of a digital cooking thermometer into the upper holes to measure the temperature inside (top area).

Whatever you bake, we wish you great enjoyment.
