"CopperGarden®" 18 liter copper pot with handle
This large copper pot from the CopperGarden manufacture can be hung directly over a fire pit or decoratively in a fireplace thanks to its sturdy handle. The shiny copper provides the best material properties for cooking over an open flame, but can also be used just as well over a gas flame.
The proverbial famous thermal conductivity of copper is just one of the many advantages of a cooking pot made of pure copper. In addition, the material is antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal, which leads to longer shelf life and more beautiful colors especially when cooking fruits and jams. Copper is a wonderful metal and helps, for example, jelly to gel even without the use of gelling sugar, cheese to curdle, or as a brewing kettle when brewing beer. Thanks to its catalytic properties, copper attracts unpleasant smelling hydrogen sulfide and thereby improves the taste of certain dishes. Of course, you can cook anything in this pot.
