"CopperGarden®" still with column 5L & thermometer

  We have reduced this versatile still plus the column true to scale, and can now offer this equipment in the 5 liter size. That makes it the smallest still with a column which can be legally used for commercial purposes in Germany! The ideal still if you have the legal allowance to produce alcohol, since you can work with this still in ways which are otherwise only possible with large equipment.

   This model allows you to choose whether or not you use the column during distillation. The still consists of a welded boiler with approximately 5 liter capacity, and the mounted column (approx. 2 liters volume and an integrated aroma sieve), the head, the two-part screwed on lyne arm / swan neck and the adequately sized condenser with water intake and drain. There is also a stand which you can use to tilt the still and this serves also to keep the column firmly attached to the boiler during distillation.  

Examples for use: If you, for example, fill the column with fermented pomace and the boiler with water you can obtain an excellent grappa. 

Or you can fill the boiler with water and the column with plant material of your choice - the result is aroma oil gently extracted by steam distillation.

Another possibility is to ferment using turbo yeast and fill the mash into the boiler. If you then fill the column with stainless steel chips or glass beads you can increase the vapor resistance as desired, rectify and obtain a high-proof neutral alcohol. 

If you then pour the alcohol into the boiler and fill the column with, for example, raspberries you will receive an excellent flavored spirit.

Distillation is strictly regulated or even forbidden in some countries. Please inform yourself and pay attention to the regulations in your country. We can ship worldwide, but we cannot check if you are allowed to own a still. Shipping within the EU is completely unrestricted. For shipping to countries outside the EU we have to affix the invoice and shipping list to the outside of the package.
