Distil what you like in this versatile copper still! It can be used without the column to distil spirits or with, for steam distillation. It is delivered with our 16-page instruction manual, which details how to use and clean it.

Examples of appropriate use:

Cognac/Brandy: distil wine and add Limousin oak chippings in the bottle you store. Delicious!
Calvados: distil cider and add medium-roast oak chippings to the bottle you store.
Whiskey: distil a beer and store it a few weeks with dark-roast oak chippings. Almost as good as Scottish Whiskey!

Distil your own spirits from your personal selection of fruits or seeds, there’s so much to explore!
Spirits: fill the column with spices, herbs or fruits to distil a neutral alcohol. You can choose your aromas and combine them to your taste. Why not try cumin or anise (like Pastis), Juniper (Gin), raspberries, mint etc…

Hydrolats: Fill the column with flowers and plants to distil aromatic oils. Make your own lavender or rose floral water, for example. With certain succulents , you can even obtail essential oils.

Distillation is strictly regulated or even forbidden in some countries. Please inform yourself and pay attention to the regulations in your country. We can ship worldwide, but we cannot check if you are allowed to own a still. Shipping within the EU is completely unrestricted. For shipping to countries outside the EU we have to affix the invoice and shipping list to the outside of the package. Up to now we have never had problems with the importation of our stills into other countries.
