<h2>Stills with boiler capacities of up to 2 Liters are Registration-Free!</h2> <p>Thanks to the new German Alcohol Tax Act (since January 1, 2018), we can sell this still freely and without any bureaucracy to you, and ship it to all EU countries as well as most other countries on our planet.</p> <p><strong>Important to know:</strong> We must inform you that you are not permitted to distill alcohol in Germany and Switzerland. The still may be used registration-free for the distillation of water, hydrolats, flavors, natural remedies, cosmetics, essential oils, non-alcoholic beverages, etc. If you wish to legally distill alcohol in Germany or Switzerland, you will need a commercial distilling license.</p> <p>In Austria, you are also allowed to use this still for flavoring and spirit distillation of purchased (taxed) alcohol with various flavor carriers, and for example, legally distill gin. Distilling alcohol from mash is also prohibited in Austria.</p> <p>Please be aware of the laws in your home country. If you distill spirits at home with this still, you are considered a "moonshiner" and could face prosecution for tax evasion in the amount of the lost alcohol tax. Additionally, the still could be confiscated. We would then be happy to sell you a new one.</p> <p>Thanks to EU internal trade laws, we can ship this still without registration as a simple package with GLS or DHL to all countries of the European Union. When shipping to countries outside the EU, we must attach a customs invoice to the outside of the package for customs purposes, so that the customs authorities in your home country can accurately assess their taxes and fees. Please order only if you are permitted to own a still in your country.</p>
