The plate rightfully carries the nickname “Blitz hot plate,” because despite its slim size of only 145 mm in diameter, it delivers the full power of a large cooking plate.
You can adjust the temperature continuously via the rotary control with 12 control markings and reduce the power as needed, or simply keep food warm on the lowest settings thanks to the integrated thermostat.
