Amylase Enzymes, 1 litre - for liquefaction

GA 500 Enzymes: This highly effective enzyme preparation is a combination of acid alpha amylase and glucoamylase for fruit distillation. The enzymes break down the starch contained in the fruit, resulting in rapid liquefaction of your mash. The enzyme is a solution of enzyme protein with microbial origin.

Application: Dilute the required amount of enzyme with 10 times the amount of water and add the mixture to the mash. Slow heating during distillation to 60 °C increases the effect. The content of the bottle is sufficient for up to 5,000 L of mash.

Note: The amylase is also suitable for the production of oat milk. 3 drops are enough for every 500 ml of water with 35 grams of oatmeal.
