"CopperGarden®" Copper frying pan (24 cm) with handle
This copper pan / frying pan is suitable for beginners trying out cooking with copper. Due to the tin-plating you can cook with lemon and other acids without hesitation and special know-how.
The tin-plating protects the copper, as well as your health, but nevertheless you can benefit from the fantastic heat conductivity of copper. Copper is still the best material for good cooking in a professional kitchen, because it immediately transfers temperature changes from the burner to the food being cooked.
Indestructible quality from bygone days! Our boss cooks almost every day with a pan from this series and is delighted with it. For test purposes the frying pan is even put in the dishwasher every now and then, and even if the copper does not shine as it did in the beginning the tin-plating is still in perfect condition and suitable for daily use.
