Here you will receive the newly revised Italia still in the complete worry-free set with all the accessories you need to start working professionally right away. You will receive the Italia still, compliant with the new alcohol tax law, with a 2-liter boiler, spirit burner and electric burner, an "Al-Ambik®" distillation thermometer, aroma sieve, and a bottle of spirit. Of course, the package also includes the complete cooling water set with hoses, pump, floating thermometer, cleaning brush, a roll of sealing tape, and much more. Everything you might need to properly distill at home or in the garden.
You will receive the particularly safe Italia tabletop still, made of high-quality copper, in the newly revised 2022 version. Thanks to the large aroma sieve included, the distillation system is also suitable for steam distillation.
This tabletop still is always ready for use due to its compact and well thought-out design, and it is particularly suitable for distilling alcohol, gin, spirits, as well as producing hydrosols and smaller quantities of essential oils! You can distill directly in the boiler or work with steam using the included aroma sieve. Thanks to the short steam paths and the ample space for rising, you can expect high aroma in alcohol distillation. Your spirits will thank you.
The still is particularly secure, as the distillation cap is securely sealed with three screws, making accidental opening under pressure impossible. You can distill safely wherever you choose, in the garden, in the kitchen, at the dining table, or even in the office on your desk. It can even distill alcohols that, due to their lower boiling points, are partially distilled at higher pressures.
The new Italia is a modern compact system for hobbyists and professionals, combining all the desires of our customers: a boiler of a practical size, a cap that provides ample space for steam to unfold and transport aromas (dragging distillation). In between, there is a tightly closing aroma sieve, making the system even suitable for steam distillation. The condenser is tightly screwed to the vapor duct, and thanks to the inlet and outlet for cooling water, a proper cooling water circuit can be created.

<h1>What am I allowed to distill with the 2 liter still?</h1> <p><strong>Important note:</strong> The CopperGarden Italia still can be legally sold in Germany without registration according to the new German alcohol tax law since January 1, 2018. Please note that as a seller, we explicitly state that this still can only be used for distilling distilled water, hydrosols, essential oils, flavors, fragrances, perfumes, fuels, food, alchemical experiments, etc., or as a collectible item.</p> <p>If you distill alcohol, you may be subject to fines and confiscation of the still. In that case we would be happy to sell you a new one.</p> <p>Please note that in Germany (and in Switzerland), it is not allowed to privately produce alcohol, and in Austria, you are only allowed to distill privately with already taxed alcohol. Shipping to Austria, Switzerland, and other EU countries is possible at any time without registration with the authorities.</p>
