Please take note of the fine details in the pictures – in addition to it being fully functional, this still has a very attractive appearance. The filigree-worked stand for the small collection bowl gives an exclusive and classic overall impression.
This Alquitara with spirit lamp is the most economical of the CopperGarden compact stills – and, of course, hobby users can nevertheless distil with it properly. The ideal still for an uncomplicated start in the world of schnapps distillation.
An example? Fill the boiler with white wine and you obtain a self-made brandy after distillation. Fill the boiler with apple cider and you distil Calvados or apple schnapps, and when you fill the boiler with beer and then distil you will obtain beer schnapps (or whisky, if you let it mature for at least 4 years). Add spices (juniper, anise, caraway, etc.) during distillation and you obtain, depending on the spices used, gin and various flavored spirits.
A small, perfect hobby still with which you can safely distil your own schnapps at any time. Delivery includes a detailed 16-page instruction booklet with lots of tips and tricks about all the things you can distil. This is sure to be the start of a multifaceted and exciting new hobby.
